You may wonder why my picture today is of empty baby wipe packets. This is because of something I would like to get more attention. If you're a mummy, listen up.
Ellie's Fund is a charity set up after the death of Ellie Othick-Bowmaker. She died at the tender age of 14 of a brain tumour. During her brave battle, she raised over £25,000 for charity and it would be great if you could join me in the following:
All that's being asked of you is to collect your empty wipe packets and when you have a good collection, put them in an envelope, email the info@elliesfund.com email address for a freepost label and then drop off the parcel at your local post office. This doesn't cost you a penny, and once the parcels are received by a recycling centre, they credit Ellie's Fund with the money. The recycling centres then turn the packets into items such as bibs, dustbins and watering cans.
If you're a mum and use any baby wet wipes, or if you're not a mother, but use baby wet wipes yourself, please consider sending off your empty packets for charity - every little helps.
xo

Thanks for this, I don't use so many now they're potty trained but I will save those I do and let baby owning friends know.
